He Always Makes Me Laugh!

Back in February, I posted about the continuing saga of Wilson and his rug rolling habit. It is a story that continues to amuse me, or in this case, it made me laugh out loud! Wilson (and Cardigans in general) are such silly souls. I walked into the office and was greeted with this scene......

Wilson must have been flopping like a fish out of water to take down the ship's wheel ( I bet there could have been a Wordless Wednesday from this.....Wilson's Wiggle Wapped the Wheel.) He made my day with his odd little habit!

Monday Mischief: The Saga Continues

I've written several times about a cute little habit Wilson has...I'll wait while you get re-acquainted....

Wilson's Wake-up Wiggle

Ok, so now that you've seen how silly Wilson can be, I have to tell you.....Wilson had his morning "happy roll" so many times, and often so vigorously, that he actually wore out that rug! Yes, he wore it out. It was one of those braided rugs, sewn into a circle with a round hooked center. The rug had been down for many years, over ten at the very least. All of Wilson's rolling loosened the stitching on the braids. I had sewn it several times, but there came a day where we found Wilson all caught up in the rug, waiting for rescue. Safety dictated that the rug must go. I worried Wilson would be sad without his rug, and not take to a replacement.You know how much dogs love a routine! It took a while to find just the right rug for the room, and I really had nothing to worry about.......He took to it like it had been there all along!

I've still got to grab the shots very quickly as he does not like this silly act caught on camera!

The camera always ruins it for Wilson and he stops just as soon as he sees me. Even without a camera, just trying to have a peek, he will stop. I guess his rug dance is a very private affair!

E=wc2

We all learned about Einstein's Theory of Relativity in school.... E=mc2, right?(annoyingly, I can't figure out how to get the number two to type as a squared designation). Well, I'd like to propose a new theory. The Theory of Ultimate Cuteness or E=wc2 (again, the squared issue....). Entertainment = Wilson's Cuteness Squared.

Let me explain.....

You may (or may not, depending on how much time you've spent in my blog archives) recall that Wilson has a really cute habit of rolling up in rugs , especially one in particular . He has another endearing habit of howling (btw, that howling post was my very first Wordless Wednesday post, where it all started so to speak.). Here's another look at the loquacious pup .

OK, just one of those little quirks alone is really, really cute! But when the two of them show up together, we have attained Ultimate Cuteness!
