Photo Dump!

Yesterday, I posted just one of a bunch a photographs that were taken in Reva, Virginia by professional photographer Dwight Dyke back in October. His camera captures the boys with such a larger than life feel. Here are all the shots, whether good or, in Jimmy's case, often derpy. Wilson took the modeling job a tad seriously it seems. Which one is your favorite?

The copy right for these pictures is held by the photographer. They may not be copy/used without his permission.

Two for Tuesday

Here are a couple more shots from the weekend. This farm had such beautiful scenery! I am ready to pack up and move to the same area. I never realized how pretty it was down there. Unfortunately 80 plus miles is just a bit too far of a commute to work. Amazingly, though, a lot of people do it.

Oh, and if you feel like watching another agility run, check out yesterday's post. YouTube finally processed our Jumper's run so I updated with the video.

A New Breed of Dog?

 ......Welsh Apple Retrievers.....?

We headed up to the mountains last weekend for a picnic at our favorite apple orchard. Although the trees were pretty well bare of fruit, plenty of fallen apples still lay on the ground. The boys had a grand time chasing, retrieving, and, yes, eating lots of apples.

Here they are taking a break from running in the hilly terrain. You definitely learn you aren't as fit as you like to think you are when you hike around these steep hills.....

Going downhill is a whole lot easier!

With the trees empty of apples, we got to enjoy the orchard pretty much to ourselves. The majority of the folks were down by the barns buying pumpkins, caramel apples, and cider. We always bring a picnic.....

A bucket of chicken really brings out the beggars!

Just one bite! Pretty please!

And finally, after a big lunch and a couple glasses of wine, this is what happens......

ZZZZZZZZ
Jimmy kept watch to ensure his favorite human was safe from any rogue squirrels.

Have a great weekend, Everyone!

Another Bale-Out?!

Of course, Jimmy had his chance to ride a giant roll of hay, too. These photos were taken out at Long Branch Farm a couple of weeks back. We went there to watch the Chesapeake Cardigan Welsh Corgi Club's Specialty and have lunch with fellow club members. It was a fun day in the country, although the fall colors had yet to emerge.
