Because I'm Lazy....

We went away for a long weekend over 4th of July and of course Jimmy and Wilson came along. I took plenty of photos but never posted any here. Today I finally put together a Shutterfly book and since I am feeling a tad lazy (and that book was alot of work!), I am going to share the book here instead of creating a whole new post. Hope you enjoy it!

4th of July Photo Shoot...Gone Wrong!

So I thought I would try to get a cute shot of Jimmy holding a small flag for my 4th of July post. Nevermind he hasn't ever been taught to hold things gently in his mouth.....

I hand him the flag, telling him to "Get It!", the words I use for him to grab his leash and tug. In retrospect, probably not the best choice of words!

He instantly snapped off the little flag pole

Now is the season of Jim's discontent
Made scary summer by these pops and bangs;
And all the clouds of sulphur smoke upon our house
In the deep basement of home he hides buried.
Now Jim bounds with fearful leaps;
His stubby legs scramble for places unseen;
His once stern manner chang’d to nervous glances,
These dreadful pyrotechnics causing frightful dances.
