If You're Talking, We're Not Walking!!!
When the boys and I are out for a walk and my cell phone rings, the guys go on strike! They refuse to walk while I talk on the cell phone. They plop right down and wait it out! My friend's Lab does the same thing. He hates her to be on the cell. But if the two of us walk together and talk, the dogs have no issue. What is it about the cell phone conversations?

ReplyDeleteThat's so funny! Recently when I filmed the Wow game, I tried to film an intro to it and Phoenix started whining and seemed to wonder who I was talking to. She didn't like it at all. I ended up nixing the intro because I was too awkward. LOL

My dogs don't like any phones, landlines or cells. They want my complete attention.
ReplyDeleteMy guys pay no attention; in fact, I find myself having a dual conversation, with the person who phoned and with the dog who decides he wants to go where I don't, or perhaps dawdle when I'm ready to move on....
ReplyDeleteI don't usually talk on the phone while walking but I often get a brief call from my husband. They don't really mind. They mAy try to get into a little mischief.
