Black and White Sunday: Some Pictures Look Better in B&W !!!

Once in a while a photograph comes along that has what it takes to look better in black and white. It has a nice range of tones and good contrast. This catamaran shot I used in my last post is one such photo, don't you think?

    Yes! When I shoot photos like this, with stark contrasts, I know it is meant to be black and white. Nice going and Happy New Year!

    I love comparing photos in black and white vs color. I think the black and white ones tell more of a story, show more emotion, because the viewer is not distracted by color. Great pic!
