That might be a tad too much baking powder or soda. I have that problem with the dog cookies I bake if I add too much of those ingredients. Just a thought...
I see the boys staring at pieces of cookie, but there is NO proof that THEY ate them. I'm thinking they are innocent and the real cookie monster may be the only one actually holding the cookie.
LOL! I saw that missing tail and thought about writing on the photo with an arrow pointing to the missing tail with...."And one Pem, too!" but then thought it would retract from the overall idea :-)
