Here we have a picture I call "Cardelion" as Jimmy sits, quite reluctantly, amid a dandelion patch. He was so not in the mood for pictures, and I think his expression says it all!
Wilson, on the other hand, is always more than happy to pose. He's seated on a high bank above the upper Potomac River, in a park near my house.
Later that same evening, we visited another part of the Potomac, this time on a friend's boat. The Cherry Blossom Festival is a huge tourist attraction in DC and they do a fireworks display as part of the week long gala. We never actually ventured into DC by car as it was overrun with tourists, but caught a ride from our friend who keeps his boat at a marina near the Pentagon. Here's a photo of the fireworks. Most of my shots didn't turn out too well as all the rocking of the boat made for a blurry mess.
This next one looks like a picture of a supernova, at least to me!
And finally, a shot of the Maine Avenue waterfront, with the Washington Monument in the background.
Jimmy and I have an agility trial on Sunday. It's our last one before the National. I hope to get at least a JWW leg so I'll have a better shot of finishing a title at the Nat'l. I would love to get one of the New Title ribbons from the CWCCA!

Have a great weekend!
A great shot of the skyline. Best of luck at Nationals -- I'll miss it, but Pennsylvania is a long trek from Albuquerque.
