Inspirational (and technical) credit goes to Wendy and Amanda as they both did silhouette posts awhile back. I have been searching out the right spot ever since. Once I found it, I never seemed to bring the camera at the right time of day!

I follow Wendy's blog, Crazy Coulee and Little Lacey . She is a wonderful photographer and has recently been posting lots of silhouettes. She even gave us a little tutorial on how to get the shots. (Thanks Wendy!) 


Despite the lesson,  I have yet to master the camera setting that get it done right. I did, however,  get a couple of semi-silhouettes that I really liked:

This one is not the best from the technical side, but I still like it!

More with the winter flowers growing right at the dune line.....

And, finally, Wilson, just because he's so darn handsome!
