Ho! Ho! Ho!

Arriving home from work last night, I was excited to see that Cardi-Claus had made a pass through Northern Virginia. To bring my wonderful box of goodies this way, Cardi-Claus enlisted the help of the The Brews Brothers , Porter and Stout, with a little extra help from Merinda. The ornaments were absolutely adorable and handmade by Merinda. Now that is going the extra mile! Lots of yummy treats for the boys, some chocolate Bourbon Balls for me (mmmmm!), Christmas themed toys,  a cute little magnet that is already holding onto my fridge, and even a stash of poop bags! Those will definitely come in handy, one for my car, one for my jacket, one for my purse, and even a spare. There will be no excuse for not tidying up after Jimmy and Wilson.

Quite the haul, wouldn't you say? Many, many thanks for all these great gifts to Porter, Stout, Merinda and John!

Somewhere West of the Mississippi

Ok, I was down to the deadline, but I did send my Cardi-Claus package on it's way today. All I'll say is that it is headed to someone west of the Mississippi :-) Should be there in 2 to 3 days.

My lovely Christmas surprise arrived on Saturday. Many thanks to Lani and her Cardi-elves for the holiday cheer. Jimmy could barely contain himself when I let him sniff the box. He snagged a treat just as fast as he could. Wilson was a bit calmer about it, but quickly opted for a Greenie. I enjoyed some delicious Lindt chocolate, the white chocolate ones are AMAZING! And, lucky me, my name landed in the hands of a world-traveler, so I was treated to a gorgeous cloisonne ball from Beijing, China!

Coast to Coast

I have just returned from the post office where amazingly there was absolutely no line. How sweet is that?

Anyway, there is a Cardi Claus package on it's way to the other edge of the country, north more than south......Should arrive Wednesday, but the postal person thought that due to all the mail this time of year, it will more likely arrive Thursday. Hopefully the little box has a safe journey!
