I am a bad blogger! Bad!
But I can provide some Halloween color schemes to this post. These shots are from one of our early walks last weekend. I love how the tall tree was catching the morning sun before the others.....
Getting closer......
On FIRE!
I'll share my favorite Halloween themed piece of artwork. It is by the late Charles Wysocki. My copy of this print is just from a calendar he produced back in 1994, but it framed up nicely just the same.

What beautiful leaves. And we can be bad bloggers together.
ReplyDeleteI have a large collection of Charlie Wysocki puzzles at home - he was always my favorite to do. His pictures are so much fun. I met his wife years ago - such a fun lady!
ReplyDeleteHappy Halloween!

Over all, the autumn color wasn't so brilliant. I think it's because we haven't had a hard frost yet. But it just means those really splendid trees stand out--like your golden friend.
ReplyDeleteLovely.
Those fall colors are so pretty! I also love the Halloween art!! Totally cool! :D Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous tree. It reminds me of a Huge hickory nut tree across the street when I was growing up. It was magnificent. Of course it was removed to widen a road.....
ReplyDeleteGreat fall yellows! It has been an amazing fall here too for colour. Good thing as the last few years were only so-so. Happy Halloween.

We're right there with you on being a bad blogger! We didn't even dress the dogs up this year. With being gone on Halloween I just wasn't in the complete spirit of it. You're colorful pictures made up for it though, that tree was gorgeous.
