As we head into this last long weekend of summer, I'm going to take a blogging break for a while. I'm low on blog fodder (as this WW entry clearly illustrates. LOL!) so I need time to work on some ideas and photos. I'll probably still visit all my blogging friends as I can't resist, but probably not as often. Everyone have a great holiday weekend and I will be back in a couple weeks!

ReplyDeleteYou asked about how much our pups eat. Shyla eats kibble (Wellness Core), and she eats 3 cups per day. R eats homemade food so it's hard to quantify. We find that our dogs will easily start adding pounds when we don't pay attention. E.g., after my shoulder surgery, I cut down my own eating but not Shyla's. My vet was not happy the next time Shyla stepped on the scale. My vet wants our dogs' ribs to show, since they are so active (lower weight means less joint stress).
