It's always a happy time when the dog bowls are readied for a meal! The boys come flying into the kitchen to supervise.....
They even let me run upstairs to get the camera without abandoning their post!
Not much mischief going on around here, although I am sure the boys would complain that there was too little food, that took too long to be served up. Mischief is in the eye of the beholder!
We are like that too. We know when it is dinner time to the minute. Have a marvellous Monday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
Wait for it... I know the mischief if coming!

Good boys!

Cute! Rita's so funny. She's not super pushy about wanting her food, but sometimes I'll be in the kitchen and turn around and she's appeared there silently and is giving me the "vulture" look. I need to catch it on film one of these days!
ReplyDeleteOh when food is being prepped, I hold down my spot in the kitchen no matter what! There isn't even another dog living here but you never know who might swoop in and steal the food!
ReplyDeleteBlueberry only has eyes for me when I am preparing her breakfast. I love that they supervise you too!
ReplyDeleteA scene repeated all over the world when humans jangle their dogs' bowls! I can't believe they didn't follow you when you got your camera!
ReplyDeletehaha! My boys do the same thing at feeding time! They are always blocking me when I try to get their bowls and then their food!
ReplyDeleteMy boys do a little "food dance" they get so excited! BOL
ReplyDeleteHahaha, they're not going to miss any of the food prepping action. They've gotten comfy.
ReplyDeleteWhen Chester and Gretel think it's food time they stay glued to me wherever I go in the house. Different behavior but it still means I could get a picture of them. I've taken videos of Chester's "feed me now!" dance:)
ReplyDeleteLOL! LOVE it! My dogs wait right outside the kitchen (thanks to the gate, if we didn't have that, they'd wait right at my feet) and watch every move I make. Petal even does a little impatient dance if she thinks I'm taking too long.

LOL my Becky (black/tan) lies just like your dog with the legs flapping out the back! Your dog's still more polite than mine lol. Becky and Kodee spin, jump, make odd noises till the food hits the bowl!
ReplyDeleteI'll bet they'd sit still FUREVER for a Jones chew. ;) Just sayin'.
ReplyDeleteThe boys certainly are focused on those bowls! Wrigs waits in his "food spot" most of the time, but if I'm taking too long, he comes into the kitchen to find out why there's a delay. He says it's SO hard to get good help these days. ;-)
